Prepare Your Documents. Before you start your mortgage application, make sure you have all the necessary documents ready. Use this checklist to ensure you’re fully prepared.

3 months payslips
Utility Bill with current address (less than 3 months old)
Photo ID (Passport / Driving Licence)
6 months of Bank Statements
3 months Credit Card statement (inc Revolut)
Any other outstanding loan statements (last 6 months)
Evidence of deposit savings
Salary Certificate from employer (confirming current job title and salary/benefits package)
